Cancelation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality Phlebotomy care to all our patients promptly. Cancellations inconvenience not only our technicians but our other patients as well.

When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. If a cancellation is necessary, we require that you contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. If this occurs, we will refund the original charge less a $50.00 cancellation fee.

If no cancellation notification occurs and the phlebotomist shows up at the scheduled appointment and the patient does not answer, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge with no refund available.
